Explore our selection directly in the cabinet or let our sommelier Walter Springer take you on a personal tour of discovery - far more than "just" a classic wine list.
Our wine list focuses on Franconia and complements this experience with top international wines, in keeping with our motto "Franconian cosmopolitan". Thanks to a practical color concept, you can easily find the wine that suits your taste.
Highlight: Our exclusive FROMENTIN champagne, imported directly from France, as well as magnum bottles by the glass.
