Chakra full-day workshop

In your energy field, also known as the aura or light body, there are funnel-shaped energy vortices known as chakras. The word chakra comes from Sanskrit, meaning wheel, and according to Indian teachings is a center of spiritual power in the human body. The more energy flows through a chakra, the healthier the body is. In this workshop you will learn more about your aura with the seven main chakras, as well as their relationship to your body and organs. With the help of various exercises, you will learn to feel your aura and chakras. You will learn ways to cleanse your chakras and bring them back into balance. We look at how energies from the environment and from other people can influence our energy field and how we can free ourselves from them.

The more clearly you perceive yourself, the better you can listen to the needs of your body and soul. A functioning energy cycle is the basis for constructive work processes.

Meditation course

A Buddhist proverb says: "Our mind is like a monkey and hops from branch to branch." The mind seeks the experience of greater happiness and thus wanders. We must allow the mind to discover its source of perfect happiness, which is hidden deep within. Especially in our hectic and stressful times, it is important to find peace and inner center again. We are developing at breakneck speed on many different levels and may have the feeling that life is passing us by. We often realize too late that we are falling by the wayside. When body, mind and soul are out of balance, this can manifest itself as mental or physical suffering.

Basically, meditation is simple and effortless. Without the pressure of having to switch off your mind. With the help of mantra meditation, it is also fun and the mind comes to rest on its own. Especially in group meditation, the coherence can have a positive effect on the consciousness of the people around you.

Studies also show that meditation reduces stress and increases concentration and alertness. A low stress level also ensures better health and well-being, as well as deeper sleep. Anxiety can also be reduced and interpersonal relationships improved.

The art of mantra meditation is easy to learn and after a short time you will notice positive changes in yourself and in your life. With mantra meditation, you can reprogram negative belief patterns and learn to develop your full potential.

A well-known Zen proverb says: "You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes every day - unless you are too busy, then you should sit for 1 hour."

Shamanic constellations/family constellations

The shamanic constellation is similar to the traditional family constellation in combination with shamanic techniques. Each person is integrated into a specific system and takes on a corresponding role within it. In a shamanic constellation, you can recreate situations and relationships from your life (family, work, ancestors, association, etc.). In this course you will recognize difficulties that block you in life and prevent you from making progress. By uncovering these, we can work on a solution.

Be it in the professional environment with bosses and colleagues, or in the private sphere with your fellow human beings. This will also give you clues about unconscious processes, value systems or learned behaviors that are no longer useful to you at this time.

Shamanic journeys (half or full day)

Treat yourself and your employees to a time-out in the form of a shamanic journey, where you can recharge your batteries and gather new ideas. Time pressure and deadlines usually determine our everyday lives. Too much pressure can block creativity and we lose our flow.

The shamanic journey acts like a reset. You learn to switch off and focus on your inner guidance. You enter a relaxed state of consciousness to the sound of drums and can immerse yourself in the shamanic worlds. Critical thinking fades into the background so that you can connect with your inner wisdom. You will be guided into these worlds and then out again after a certain time until you have returned to the here and now with your entire consciousness.

The power animal plays an important role in shamanism because it symbolizes our very own power. In the shamanic journey, you learn to communicate with your power animal. You can ask it questions and thus obtain information that will help you in your professional or private life. In this way, you can also find solutions to problems and recognize and resolve obstacles more quickly. This not only boosts your self-confidence, but also develops your inner strength. It also promotes focused action and thinking, which has a positive effect on everyday life.
