The bee organization

Bees and humans have more in common than you might think at first glance. And we can learn just as many things from bees. At Schindlerhof we have our own small apiary where we produce our own honey in collaboration with Mr. Michael Fischer. We can tell you from our own experience how much we have learned from our bees. Depending on the time of year, you will have the unique opportunity to look into a live beehive during the workshop and experience the bee organization up close. You can look forward to an unusual and very interesting workshop of a different kind.

The bee organization - How bees live, work, organize themselves and what we can learn from them

How do the natural hierarchies within a beehive work? Each bee has its own individual task, which is necessary for the survival of the hive. In the same way, each employee contributes to the success of the company through his/her performance. The lightness and satisfaction within the beehive is fascinating and inspiring.

Get to know the organization of bees and take away valuable impulses and suggestions for your company. The seminar gives managers decisive advantages in terms of how a team can be structured and makes every employee aware that they play a decisive role in the success of the company as a whole and have an important task to perform. This realization connects your employees with the company and spreads satisfaction within the team. "Agile" working with clear guidelines enables your employees to realize their own potential and develop a sense of personal responsibility.

The bee organization - Optimal framework conditions for the best results for bees and people

What are the tasks of the beekeeper (the manager) in a beehive (in the company)? The beekeeper makes sure that his/her bees are doing well, creates optimal conditions and intervenes in an emergency to keep the bees together. As a manager, how can you influence the distribution of roles and the working atmosphere? And how do you recognize the cause of errors within the system without just fixing the symptoms?

Here, too, you can learn a lot from the bees that will enable and encourage you to keep your "high-performance team" together in the long term.
