Nutritional advice - FLOW FOOD CONCEPT
The mission: "To help people get into the flow with their diet and integrate healthy habits into their everyday lives in the long term".
Eat healthily and with ease. When you are in a state of flow, you don't feel overwhelmed. Old eating habits are questioned and by establishing new routines, individual goals are achieved, well-being is increased and valuable time and energy are saved. Flow Food Concept is a holistic concept based on scientifically sound knowledge. By understanding metabolic processes, we can optimally supply our body with the right amount of energy and nutrients. The focus here is on timing and natural, wholesome foods. Through awareness strategies, body signals can be perceived more clearly again and the connection to one's own body can be strengthened. This is NOT a time-based diet, but rather a lifelong philosophy and learning experience. The focus is on individuality and suitability for everyday life. Rigid rules and prohibitions are not part of the philosophy. Instead, Flow Food Concept is based on balance and flexible control.
Nutrition lecture (90 minutes)
This tailor-made presentation provides your employees with new incentives for a healthy and happy diet. From "Healthy eating in the home office" to "Healthy lunch snacks" and general nutrition tips, a variety of topics are possible. The 90-minute lecture conveys the relevant theoretical content and invites participants to reflect on what they have heard through short practical exercises.
Team building cooking workshop (3 hours)
Strengthen team bonding through joint challenges - that's what the team building cooking workshop offers you. In addition to preparing healthy and easy-to-implement recipes together, your team members will get to know each other better through integrated playful elements. Eating the prepared delicacies together in a relaxed atmosphere allows the team to grow closer together.
Flow Food cooking workshop (3 hours)
In this cooking workshop, we prepare various healthy dishes and snacks according to the Flow Food Concept. All participants will receive lots of new recipes, inspiration and tips for everyday life. Seasonal flow food cooking workshop (3 hours) In this cooking workshop, we focus on preparing seasonal and regional dishes and snacks. From fresh salads in summer to immune system-boosting stews in fall to healthy and delicious Christmas cookies, there is something for everyone.
Flow Food Concept Seminar (1 day)
As part of the 1-day seminar, you will be taught the Flow Food Concept, creating the basis for a healthy diet that can be easily integrated into everyday life. The motto of the seminar is: "Get into the flow with yourself and your diet!" The seminar is a mixture of theoretical input based on scientific findings and practical exercises to illustrate and deepen what you have heard. Existing eating habits are reflected upon and individual and realistic goals are developed. It also teaches how the building blocks of the concept can be integrated into your own everyday life.
