"Get out of the hamster wheel" - KICK-OFF workshop (approx. 1.5 hours)
This short unit offers elements of the workshops and can also serve as an impetus to delve deeper into the topic.
Self-management through mindfulness (half day)
We've all been there: meetings every hour, an almost unmanageable flood of emails, constant restructuring. We are exposed to many demands in our day-to-day work. As digitalization progresses, our work processes are becoming more and more dense - online work is timed and the pressure is growing. In this seminar, you will learn how to deal with yourself in a good way in your everyday life, whether you are an employee or a manager. MBSR helps you to develop strategies to avoid falling into the stress and exhaustion trap and to maintain your motivation and personal well-being even in stressful situations. The scientifically recognized MBSR method offers techniques and shows ways suitable for everyday life to deal with constant stress, protect your health and build resilience.
Self-management through mindfulness (full day)
In addition to the content of the half-day workshop, in-depth exercises and additional content will also be covered here:
- Better self-care and early recognition of performance limits
- remain calm in stressful situations and act proactively
- You strengthen contact with yourself and your own needs
Mindful leadership (full or half day)
The leadership principle of mindfulness with MBSR techniques according to Jon Kabat-Zinn shows an effective way to develop personal strategies for coping with stress and to lead yourself and your employees in an appreciative and healthy way. It expands one's own self-image and thus strengthens inner orientation and clarity for leadership tasks. The focus is on developing the ability to control one's own attention. Being present in the present moment and precisely perceiving what is happening in your own consciousness enables you to notice and override unconscious patterns of thinking, feeling and behavior. Leadership situations require permanent and 100% presence in communication and in the clarity of decisions. In this area of tension, recurring stress situations can arise. The danger of "burning out" in the long term is omnipresent. An attitude of mindfulness is a way for managers to achieve greater inner and outer balance and serenity. Recognizing your own inner reaction patterns and respecting your own limits helps you to actively work on your personal inner growth and develops you as a manager into an authentic counterpart. By leading by example, motivating and mindful, you support the personal development of your employees.
