Forest bathing (approx. 3 hours)
You immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the forest: you stroll and linger. Marvel, breathe, smell, listen and feel. Perceiving with all your senses allows your mind to slow down. Leave everyday life behind you, give your mind a break, let yourself be inspired and fascinated by discoveries in nature. Experience the awakening forest. Revive your sources of strength during "SOLOZEIT" and recharge your batteries: breathing in the essential oils (terpenes) that the trees release into the air strengthens our nervous and immune systems. This is noticeably beneficial: blood pressure drops, stress hormones are reduced, vitality and well-being increase. Guided forest walks bring body, mind and soul into harmony.
Forest bathing in the changing seasons (approx. 3 hours)
It is wonderful to experience the forest in its annual cycle, with its changes, to feel its transformations in the cycle of life. We get to know the forest, trees, plants and special places that become more and more familiar to us. We immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of the forest and experience each season, from the awakening of nature in spring, to the full splendor of summer, the play of colors in autumn and coming to rest in winter. We will be under the trees at any time of year and in any weather. The nature outside becomes more and more your nature inside, giving you strength and confidence.
Clear your head - let your mind wander
Forest bathing - AFTER WORK (approx. 1.5 hours)
Say goodbye to stress - switching off - letting go is easy in nature: get out of work and into a soothing green environment. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the forest. Smell the fresh, aromatic forest air - clear your head, stroll along the soft forest floor, look up at the sky, let your mind wander and relax. Open all your senses and feel, smell, hear and taste nature. Selected exercises bring you back into contact with yourself and activate your hidden resources. Stimulating impulses and time for yourself (solo time) strengthen your resilience. Body, mind and soul are brought into balance.

Half-day workshop Part 1: Impulses and background information on the positive effects on health and how you can experience the forest and nature. (approx. 1.5 hours) Part 2: Takes place in the forest and enables guided relaxation in nature. (approx. 3 hours)
